Great service

I signed up with Gems a month ago & haven’t experienced any problems whatsoever from getting my claim paid for my glasses to receiving my baby bag this morning (which I’m thankful for) the only problem is that I’ve been trying to find out which doctor has been nominated for my maternity program as I have my antenatal appointment today however the Facebook page isn’t helpful as I’m being told I will be contacted with 72hrs which I cannot wait for because my appointment is today & just need to find out which doctor has been nominated. Can I kindly get urgent assistance regard this matter.
