Government medical aid doesn't even deserve one star

Submitted pre-authorization forms 10 days ago. They said the turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. Ja. It's been two HUNDRED and forty hours!!! But hey, do we really expect a government institution to be efficient?? Here I am. Still no outcome. Phoned three days in a row. Operators can only confirm that it is still under investigation. You are quick to take my money, Gems... but very very slow to deliver.
