They claim to have a app. Lies. They retracted it. Their portal is a joke. Nothing works. They provide a whatsapp number and claims you can for instance check on benefits! What a joke, it reverts back again and again.. Then they have an email address for inquiries. I put it in excactly as given on the internet. Comes back as undelivered. Clowning around is not my style. I need to know my benefits and are unable to do so anywhere on their official platforms. So pathetic. No wonder averyone is tired of GEMS and you wont respond to me GEMS I know. Why would you ne?
