Government!!!!!!

I've sent in a claim on 19 September 2018, today on 4 October, i only got an email stating they can't get my info on their system, EVERYTHING is on the statement that I emailed TWICE!! Fast to take your money but NO CLIENT SERVICE !! PATHETIC!!
