I called gems while i was at clicks yesterday and I enquired about my medication because gems refused to pay for them. The consultant said they will process my medication and pay for it within 30 minutes or I can come back tomorrow which is today which I did and to my surprise my medication was not paid called again and the consultant told me what the other consultant wrote on my profile that I must wait for 3 days which is false. Today I was told that I need to wait for a review of my medication. My question is why is it that when I collect my medication then you tell that it must go for review and at the moment when I don't have any medication. You are causing the problem. Why can't you review my medication in the middle of month while I have medication.You forced our parents to take out gems and now you fail to provide medication for the dependent. The fact that I have to go another day without medication and relapse does not concern you. I hate gems with all of my heart
