Good Service from VERONA

I called GEMS after I received an sms saying my operation was not approved due to funds not meeting the right criteria. I was devastated as they have rejected my hospital approval before. I spoke to a lady by the name Verona in the approval department. Firstly she was super nice. She reassured me that she will do by all means to help me. She explained everything in details from why they sent me that sms, to why the reason why they could not approve my operation. Which was because they needed just a few information from me. I gave her the additional info. She then told me my operation was approved. She answered all questions I had thoroughly and gave clear explanations. Her service was spectacular. GEMS ISNT SO BAD AFTER ALL.
