Give my daughter her daddy back!!

I must say gems is incredible with the cover I have had 6 spinal operations 3 within 4 months which included multiple lumbar fusions, disc replacements, prosthesis medications, physio all in all I'd say around R9000 00 worth of operations and they covered me no hassles which I find rather amazing Having said that I have only rated you a 4 * instead of 5 bcos as you may know I have incredible amount of pain as a result of these multiple back operations and I'm in need of one more operation which includes a spinal cord stimulator to help give me a better quality of life, as currently I'm suffering an excruciating amount of pain that not even the opioid medication is helping, I am constantly in pain, day and night I struggle to sleep every night without fail, I wake up barely standing up every morning bcos the pain from sleeping is so hectic, I get incredibly large amounts of pain in my back and leg if my bladder is full I can't sit for longer than 30 minutes at a time, bcos if I do it takes me 2 hours or more to bring the paralyzing pain to a bareable level where I can sit again I suffer with this huge amount of pain u can't keep taking opioid pain ****ers everyday as I will end up with an addiction, which is a huge no go as a recovering drug addict of nearly 3 years and I need this operation to help better my quality of life, I can't even enjoy playing outside with my daughter bcos the pain prohibits me from enjoying any sort of activity with my daughter so I see this as a way to allow me to give my daughter a father who will have fun playing games with her but saying all this I need the operation and I have app**** for an ex-gratzia hoping you will help me cover the expenses of over R250k yes it's alot but I can't afford it and I beg of you please overturn your outcome of declining, please can u review your outcome and not decline it, not for me but for my little 5 year old daughter who so badly wants to play with dad who wants to have a normal childhood with a dad who can play with her without seeing her dad not enjoying this bcos of the pain, she once asked me "dad why are you not having fun with me, don't you like playing with me" those are words that will never leave me those are one of the coldest sayings I could hear from my little child
