Germs medical aid does not wants to pay
Please help guys. Germs medical aid won't pay for the operation done on the 11 Jan 2018. Only made aware on the 7th Jan 2020 by the attorneys and when i called to enquire why was this not paid they won't give a straight answer. Please help me in fighting Germs to pay.

Kindly note I have been waiting for a feedback on this matter as this is affecting me bad and causes a lot of pains to me. This is not right at all because I have paying my medical Aid and the doctor did indicate that Germs must pay the bill as the Emergency procurer as it was, and what surprises ,me is that that invoice was authorized as it has authorization codes all over. Other shocking statement is why was Germs medical Aid tax certificates for 2*** and 2*** does not reflect the amount that Germs does wants to pay.
Since Patrick called and said he will send me an email to send the acknowledge letter, being waiting.

Who decided that the patient see that doctor knowing very well that the patient can't even speak and how suppose to pay the medical bill or GERMS medical Aid will wake up the person to come pay the bill as the patient later passed on?
Advise who supposed to pay the bill

Until today the claim is not paid and when I need answers no one is telling me is the claim not paid, Just Spoke to Anononate and she makes like she does not hear me and before I spoke to her I spoke to the guy and he dropped me. Why is this claim not paid until today and it's nice when you guys deduction the money for medical Aid and then you not paying when you suppose to pay. Gems you there ones who contracted the doctor to perform the operation and why don't you pay back?
Guys this is ruthless because you don't want to pay the services performed. All i need is answers when will this be paid and between the medical aid and the doctor one is not telling the truth.
YOU PROMISED THIS WILL BE PAID BUT UPTO TODAY STILL NO PAYMENT MADE, WHY ARE YOU TELLING US LIES?
