Ihave a problem with Gems medical aid im. Employed at Tladi clinic.im no longer a member of Germs according to them because they say I'm owing R12000 I went to Bramfontein to get clarity about this they said I'm on pension when ask them the proof they said it was telephonically meaning I called to say I'm on pension no written proof I went there 3times sorting the same problem the last time i spoke to the manager he said the money I'm owing is the one that the Government is subsidizing me with it wasnot payed because it was over 3months that they were not claiming as they say I'm on pension so they decided how much will they deduct from my salary to pay off the R12000.My salary was deducted as they wish now they are no more deducting but I'm getting emails that I'm no longer their member because now I'm owing R6000 I'm really heart broken I don't know how to fi this I tried my best but nothing get sorted I'm really criyin6 for help I'm working as a front line in this covid19 without medical aid because of people who do no do their work
