Gems's copayment

<div>Gems is a trap of medical aid. I feel so bad for hard working relatives who use this scheme. So I've been following up on a co-payment case from 2020 to date and Gems renal case managers have been convincing the poor member to ignore the very reason why they wrongfully app**** co-payment to his treatment. As a provider, i see my patients as family. Hence i wont sleep a wink if i just focus on invoicing hard working elderly citizens for wrongfully app**** co-payment. The last renal case manager who attended the case, Daniel Diale didn't even waste his time on the notes i submitted with all the previous events and corrections. I call upon Gems complaints department to at least attend to this because I would like to know why did your employee tell the member that there's no need for them to correct the residential address whereas it is the reason that caused all this mess. I mean who in their right mind would charge a member copayment based on a postal address? And refuse fof the member to update their residential address? I would also want to know why did this Daniel Diale disregard all the information I submitted?</div>
