GEMS......No Hope!!!!
Useless - absolutely useless. Takes 4-5 days for a hospital authorization. I was given a reference number each time a called to follow-up however each time was a separate incident and they had to take me through the entire process and I had to verify all my information. We are FAR FROM BEING A FIRST WORLD COUNTRY.
