GEMS WORST SERVICE!!

I spoke to the most RUDE!!! callcenter agent ever in the history of callcenters from Gems last week who's name is Daniel Voya who refused to help me with a claim that I am being asked by a hospital to pay for my admission and after speaking to this worst excuse of a agent I wish I had never even heard the name GEMS in my life.....DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!
