GEMS worst medical aid ever

GEMS worst medical aid ever. I have had this same issue in December 2024. Gave GEMS the benefit of the doubt, but here we are again. I am an Educational Psychologist and have two clients with GEMS. For both II submitted motivational letters and application for PMB, I have sent and resent the claims at least three times, and each time they come back saying they need a motivation letter. I have then added a referral motivational letter from a peadiatrician, the parents had to pay to get this motivational letter. This has all happened between January and now. I have seen this client for 10 sessions this year, sent in claim after claim, and to this day they have not paid one cent, not for either of the two clients. The other client have an approved PMB but I have still not been paid for the one claim that I have sent in. I have not been able to see this client and she needs urgent help, because I cannot work for free and risk being paid. I am now refusing to see GEMS clients unless they pay upfront and claim back themselves. I am not sure if anybody would want to work for free. The exact same thing happened last year, and I only got paid after I wrote a review to Hello Peter Twice. Lets see if it works again.
