Gems wont refund me my contributions

Waiting for contributions refund since march!! I have made thousands of follow up call with no success i changed option in february but to date have not recieved the refund. The consultnant namely Lerato is now ignoring my calls. I am very disapointed because when you owe them they are very quick to teminate services but when they owe you ,you never get what is due to you.
