GEMS WONT PAY THE MONEY THEY OWE ME

I went to the gems walk in Centre in Berea in December for assistance and found out they have money they owe me so the kind lady there sent a request and said the money will be in my account in 7 to 14 working days, late January I count all the holidays in December and see its more than a month and no word so I decide to call them and the agent I spoke to said the request was not sent at the walk in Centre they will send a request for me again, and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the money to be in my account and guess what we are approaching end of February 2 months later I am still not refunded the money they owe me VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE INDEED
