GEMS Woes Continue

They just don't get it. Silo customer service will never provide service to customers. After writing a review and getting a call this afternoon thinking that someone is assisting, to get told that I have to log another call and provide my banking details so that I can can be refunded only after 7-14 days. Tell me how is that helping me??????
