GEMS withholds payment to practice having received bank details 4 weeks ago
Payment to Practice *** withheld even after practice bank details submitted to GEMS on 1 October 2025 (reference ***) with all the necessary supporting information for FICA purposes not processed and payment for claims still not received - seems that the previous CMS complaint (CMS90463) will have to be repeated, since it is the only way GEMS responds and actually does anything!
