Gems with their bad service and communication

I dont know why gems have all this dufficult processes. My doctor gave a prescribtion for my chronic diabetic and blood pressure medication. I send to gems, it took forever to be approved. I got my meds but in feb i cannot get my blood pressure medication. I also got an prescribtion for a blood pressure device. It was not approved because i needed to give a quotation for the device and a motivational letter from the doctor. I got all these things and handed it in. Its been a month now with no reply on my mail and no approval. And than i also have a down syndrome baby, i cannot keep up with this co payments for my child. This is so unfair. This is really a bad medical scheme.
