Gems Will not give me Keppra until my prescription expires

Good morning,

I had a brain tumor operation last year 1 November 2020. Since I was released from hospital on 4 December 2020 I struggled to get my medication which was prescribed as chronic by the doctors on chronic by GEMS - still have not been able to.

Then due to COVID 19 Dis-Chem could only give me the Keppra in drips and drags. At the moment they refuse to give me the Keppra as they say I have gotten all the Keppra I am supposed to get for 6 months. The 6 months is only up on 4 June 2021 and I do not have any Keppra left and Gems refuses me to get the Keppra. Please help ASAP.
