GEMS, when will you make a decision about my PMB claim?

<p>On 8 March 2017, I submitted an application form to GEMS to join the PMB programme. I received no response except for a standard automatically generated reply. On 24 March 2017, I forwarded via email my 8 March application to the generic GEMS address. Still no response.</p> <p>What is the delay in making this decision, GEMS? You ask that such applications be faxed but when one works in an open plan office, faxing private medical documents is a bit difficult hence the email to you. Are you ever going to do the professional thing and just decide whether I can join the PMB programme? Why do I need to beg you? I pay my premiums monthly so why can't you have the decency to respond on time? Please somebody help me.</p>
