Gems... Useless

*********... The lot.. I'm sitting with a sick premature infant in desperate need of medical attention but they canceled his membership by accident according to them... Even though premiums are all paid.. But now it's taking them more than a week to rectify and its still not done... Now I must wait for my kid to die.... Because nobody can help.. I've used more than R200. 00 airtime trying to get them to correct their error.. The call keeps getting dropped and they don't even have the decency to call back.. Everytime I call back I get a different person but I hold for so long then the call ends.. Not sure why..i have enough airtime.. Consultants are so arrogant because they don't have answers for me... Is this fair... I did not make any mistakes but my infant is paying the price for their error.. They are unapologetic or have no consideration of my dilemma thay they caused... But I suppose that what service delivery is in this NEW South Africa... Just another imcompetant useless government department... But rest assured... Should I lose this child.... Somebody will be hald responsible..
