GEMS UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE
GEMS really needs to jack up its service. Sent email requesting assistance. Just received a link to a multitude of forms. When I called to explain what I needed, I was told to hold the line, only to be redirected to a rating section. Come on GEMS - jack up your SERVICE!!
