GEMS unpaid claims

GEMS claims not paid. My son has an approved PMB program and his claims that are supposed to be paid from the fund keep on being rejected.

I have escalated this issue several times and I am not getting any help. I am tired of querying the same thing all the time.

Can someone assist with settling the accounts for the Dr as the child has an approved PMB program.
