GEMS *****ULENT ACTIVITY- Owing money that's not even due to GEMS.
So since March 2023, I am waiting on a lousy R130 reimbur*****t from Gems. And then to top it all off... I get a smd to say I OWE gems money when I actually don't. Gems made a refund request on a operation I paid in full in June 2022, the refund was requested in April 2023 (still dont know by who- but its someone from GEMS) then refunded again to the service provider they initially took my private payment from, then processed again and paid back and refunded to the service provider. And now since all that is finally done and sorted I get a sms about owing on that same operation which was paid in full my me, threatening to suspend my medical aid. GEMS I owe you nothing. Do your accounts properly and find the *****ulent requests made on my account. The money "owing" is suppose to be the amount paid by gems. I am SO SO FED UP with phoning in speaking to numerous *********** people, or sending emails to never get a response or resolution. And I'm STILL waiting on my refund of R130. Pathetic. SORT THIS OUT.
