GEMS THE WORST

WORST MEDICAL AID EVER! I still ask myself why I'm still on it but considering that we were forced to take this medical aid with no other options provided to us. Dare I take another medical aid then I'm not subsidized. I'm stuck with this RIBBISH medical aid which doesn't respond to emails and when you call they can't even assist with your query. Highly unprofessional and useless. I'm busy paying for services I had when my medical had funds and they didn't pay the balance citing reasons I don't understand. Now I have a debt I am paying for every month whilst I'm also paying paying for my membership fee... TOTALLY THE WORST MEDICAL AID
