GEMS- THE WEAKEST LINK EVER

Unfortunately I have to tell the world how lame GEMS Medical Scheme is. I have complained here in the beginning of last week without feedback or a telephone call from GEMS. As I explained previously in my last review is that GEMS are now waiting for 2025 to lapse. They are just pulling up their shoulders yet again. Their patients mental health regarding the bills thats piling up is not important for GEMS. Some of their staff at the call centre are so *********** that they end up dropping the call or keep on transferring you. A man that is the Head of Media contacted me; just so sorry that I can't reveal his name said that he will sort this problem out and come back to me. Yet another lie! Before you can work at GEMS you must go on a course of how not to a patients' problem. I am so fed up with Gems. Do you know that GEMS are increasing their premium that we the patient have to pay by yet again R1000. But you tell me how can they not pay my MRI Scans for a PMB condition???

GEMS; PLEASE HAVE THE GUTS AND PHONE ME OR ARE YOU ALREADY PARTYING?
