Gems the pensioners bully

I wish there was a zero star option. I still fail to understand why our hard working government employees still choose this **** of a medical aid.

Anyway GEMS please note that if you keep on allowing your unreasonable case managers to do as they wish with us providers and patients,I will not think twice with advising my patients to move to hosmed and other medical scheme. I will start with this poor pensioner that you want him to pay copayment for coming to our practice. Forcing him to go to a practice that does exist. Stop saying there's a practice near him,give us the name of that practice.
