Gems terrorize health care providers

Why is Gems terrorizing health care providers like this?this is the second time I had to come to hello Peter because of Gems. So I have 4 Gems patients who are on CHD. One of them I have been updating one authorization from the 4th of April till today. The others I requested new authorizations. So the auth department sent me the updated and new authorizations but when I claim my claims are rejected. When I call to ask why, the claims department tells me I don't have authorizations. They refer me to auth department, while auth department refer me back to claims because they have the authorizations on the system. I have heard before from other providers that the Gems claim department has this tendency of frustrating providers. It's like they don't want to pay providers for their services. Imagine providing dialysis for two weeks and more without any claim going through. Dialysis requires medical supplies, and that needs funds. Medical aids should just stop toying with our people's lives Because at the end providers will have a problem with accepting Gems patients into their units, then what does that mean for the patients?
