GEMS - terrible service

I've been trying to join GEMS since two weeks ago. The service I've been getting is really terrible. I've mailed my application twice already. I've called 7 times already(If you get through). I've mailed supporting documents again. - Still nothing. I 've mailed the complaints department. - Nothing. The response I get is" . . . will get back within 48 hours. . ." I hope there is someone out there who can assist me . . . .
