Gems taking my money after cancelation

I previously wrote a review in June regarding Gems. I'm writing it again. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Gems. I canceled my membership, with my last day being on 30 April 2021. I received a recon and confirmation that I am in good stating and I have no arrears. To my surprise, today 15 July 2021 Gems has taken 2 premiums. R5166 X 2. This shouldn't have happened as I no longer on the scheme. When i called to enquire I didn't even get a direct answer. I was told they cannot see the deduction from their side as they only receive the persal report end of the month. I mean this is a lot of money and what then happens to my financial commitment? When will I get my money back? Also should I be prepared to deal with this every single month? I'm beyond upset as my debit orders will definitely bounce.
