GEMS taking 3months to refund patient for claims

I saw doctors on 9 March,31 March,22 April 2015 and I paid the doctor cash.After submitting the claims to GEMS and clearly stating that I paid and that they should refund me, on all 3 visits they refunded the doctors for services which I already paid for.After phoning GEMS on various occasion and them promising to refund me, it's 3 months later and I am still waiting for my refunds.GEMS should not only refund me, but pay the interest on the money as well.They also promised to pay my PathCare bill on 9 March, which they first didn't want to pay out.After telling them that it was a pmb diagnosis of pregnancy, they agreed to pay for this service, which was also not paid for yet.
