Gems System offline for 2days

Good Day,

I have to go for surgery, but i have not been able to get any assistance from GEMS. There authorization system seems to be offline now....for almost 2 days now?

Please explain to me how you don't have any contingency plan for this? Cause this means that NO ONE in South Africa is able to get hospital authorization at the moment?

Is GEMS really okay with contributing to peoples DEATHS?

I need authorization urgently..

Can I please receive urgent feedback.
