Gems sucks at time

Gems medical aid can frustrate a person, for months without getting my contraception delivered from Gems. I am on Ruby and in-hospital medication was charge as out of hospital medicine. Now my medical aid is exhausted and when I check their statement, my son went to a physiothe****** yet he has never been there but the is a claim. As for hospital claim doctors, they won't give you the full statement but are always quick to inform about the exhausted medical funds.

I have made a call today ref number MH*** with no avail help and it seems like she is clueless and telling me that the medical aid is exhausted.
