GEMS SUCKS!

I am a senior Member of GEMS on its highest Scheme Onyx. I am on Chronic Medication for BP and other ailments and normally collect my medicine on the 20th of each month. Last month I collected it on the 22nd day of the month. I am going overseas and sent GEMS my confirmed Flight Itinerary requesting permission to collect my medicine on the 14 of this month before my departure . The Chronic Medication Dept wanted me to sign an Acknowledgement of Debt and forward a copy of my Script lodged with my Pharmacy. I refused to sign the Acknowledgement of Debt as it made no sense to do so for taking one's Chronic Meds a few days earlier. They are withholding my monthly Chronic Meds and sending a Senior member overseas with no medication from GEMS, despite having a Debit Order against my Current Bank account and receiving Government's monthly contribution to my monthly GEMS payments. Sucks! Yes I think so! ...because signing a legal document saying you are indebted to GEMS for taking one's prescribed Chronic medicine makes no sense and I see it as an abuse of my rights as a member.
