GEMS *****s!!

I have a problem. GEMS did a double deduction from my account. They debited R2286 on November the 2nd which is the amount their suppose to take, but later they took another R2286 which I did not approve and when I went to their office they told me i will have to wait 7 days. I am dissapointed in this service because they were quick to take money now they tell me i have to wait 7 days. I don't care about systems and processes. I paid what i had to pay so they took money that didn't belong to them!! I want my money and not in 7 days. Immediately!! I am a pensioner and i have things to do that cannot wait 7 days.
