GEMS - *****ing from Pensioners
Hi,
Medical aid Number - ***
I am really disappointed with the level of service you are giving to my mother who is a pensioner.
Clearly GEMS mission is to ***** money from the old age person.
I`ve sent attached emails and no one has the decency to reply.
Spoke to Bongani from call centre at 12H30 today who also is clearly ***********.
I will be going to the media and social media platforms to expose the ****s which are called GEMS Medical Aid.
Thank you for targeting a pensioner who is my mother.

What if you authorized a ********* to spend my mothers medical benefits ?? - Please answer
Now because i want my mother`s refund and also pay a medical benefit which you do cover its now a problem ??
We now going to a third month on this issue and how do you expect my mother to survive ??
Clearly you do care about well being of your elderly client and only interested on collecting monthly premiums.
