GEMS *****ing from a pensioner!

Wish I could rate less than a 1 star , my mother who is living in an old age home can not pay her lodging at the old age home for the month of November as GEMS had a deducted multiple amounts from her account. Total of R5000After her debit order already been deducted, this is really disgusting service ! Would expect better for all the years she worked for the government!
