Gems So disappointing,and I'm cancelling the medical aid

I'm really disappointed in the way this medical aid works, we claim to be paying for a medical aid that benefits on it's own, I have been following up on claims and still not been paid back, I'm cancelling and moving medical aid. when you do call and ask to be assisted they talk about 7 days waiting period but no money paid back since June I have been waiting and calling to get a refund but still nothing over R3000 paid cash to a speech the****** and still they paid her out from the medical aid instead of refunding me I'm so annoyed
