Gems so bad service.

My daughter is T1 diabetic. I app**** for a Libre Sensor on 6 March already. I send all my motivations from the doctors and also quatations to support it. I phoned them afterwards and they received all the documents. But up to know i didnt receive any feedback. I keep on phoning and they keep on taking my phone number and not phoning back. I am so frustration with this medical aid.
