I requested authorisation for a "Back Brace" many months ago and because i suffer from chronic backpain and i struggle to get feedback. They always say that my request has been escalated to Appliance Dept. Why do you make me suffer like this? The brace helps alot to stableize my spine. The one i am using is falling apart because i wear it every day of my life. You can see on my claims history , that i come from Neuro Surgeons, MRI scans etc that i have a serious back problem.Go on my profile to see how many calls and e-mails i sent already. Why is GEMS service going down the drain?You used to give very good service in the past???Membership ********** 10.Got a call few minutes ago from a Mzwandile.
