GEMS service absolutely appalling!!!

AFter a very long battle with GEMS about my sons orthodontic treatment they approve. I send in a statment every month for reimbur*****t, and yet they manage to pay January's to the provider. I THINK IT IS ABSOLUTELY *******. My email said please reimburse me!!!!!!!!!!!
