My name is Nomfundo Mncwabe , I gave birth at Parklane hospital in 2017 November the 30th , I planned to have a natural birth but due to my 18hrs of labour pains I was scheduled for emergency c-section I have a medical aid which I pay for monthly which is GEMS they only covered costs for labour and did not pay the doctors fees amounting to R10000 and they didn't pay the emergency c section payments which amount to R10000 I am now liable to pay that amount and have been blacklisted I have contacted gems several times My doctor even wrote a letter which was emailed to gems so they can pay but till to date no payment and action was made please help
