I cancelled ruby ND went to beryl January 2021.June 14 I called at 13.22 enquire on how IL get the money bcoz I Neva gave my account number he said they have my Fnb account number but finance has not processed my claim ND nothing is showing yet ND I should call on Wednesday maybe the system will show if I have savings or not. I mentioned that I am no longer using the Fnb account and want to submit Capitec account. ND he told me I said go certify my ID ND scan it ND send ND I agreed that IL at least bring it at braamfontein this week. At 13.55 same day savings where deposited I feel so stressed bcoz I mentioned dat I'm not using data account anymore now I Neva used those savings bcoz Fnb to all those saving. Plz help ND reverse da payment plssss
