GEMS respond to your emails!!!!!!
I am approved for Rezalto on chronic medication. I get blood clots after Covid. At first we struggled for more than a tear to get it on Chronic. When approved I made a monthly additional payment of R230. Now I need to pay the full amount of R730. I wrote several emails the past 2 months to GEMS with only electronic replies on my queries
Maybe someone at GEMS will now take the trouble to attend to my queries - sad that we must revert to other platforms to get someone to do the job they are paid for
