Gems refusing to pay for operation

My wife has a condition, something is eating his fat on the left handside of her face,its so bad that on the left you just see bones,its really affecting her badly, she's always depressed and has tried committing suicide, she never wants to go out unless when she has to go work n even when she does go to work she covers her face,she's a lecture, I'm sho you can imagine how difficult it is for her to stand in front of students and teach with her condition, we found a doctor you diagnosed her after years of trying to find out what was wrong with her,the doctor says she needs to take fat from her thighs and inject them on her face,but Gems is refusing to pay saying its plastic surgery, we have been sent from pillar to post for the past year,dont know who to turn to as we cannot afford to pay for the operation n i fear I myt lose my wife as she's very depressed and sucidal, when it's cold her face hurts alot,I'm out of ideas any please help a desperate man trying to save the mother of my kids, Sandile ***
