GEMS REFUSES TO REMOVE DEPENDANT
I contacted gems on the 7th of June 2021 to remove a dependant. I contacted the medical aid again on the 30th of June 2021. I went to the branch on the 30th of June 2021 aswell. They said that on the system the dependant will be removed by the 30th of July 2021. For some reason the dependant cannot be removed on 07 July 2021. It's is now 01 August 2021 and the dependant is not removed. Are they going to take my money again this month!
