Gems refuses to pay

GEMS Refuses to pay for optometry even though on the app it clearly states that there is plenty of funds available. They are passing the blame saying the app is wrong even though ot updated regularly. If there were no funds the optometry would not have gone through on the first place. Why are they sticking me with the bill?
