GEMS POOR SERVICE

I hace 30 years of service in the government and moved over to GEMS since it was introduced. At a stage this was one of the best medical aids in the Country. The increase the contribution and decrease the benefits each year. What is the difference between state hospitals and medi clinics, accept for the fact that one has specialists. Medi Clinics we must use on lower plans. My child, 22years, still studying he same course as last 2024 with same student number everything. Gems did approve it 2024, but with re-submission of same course info, they suspended his membership as from 1 April 2025, but Im still paying for him, when I requested for refund they stated that he is still member but may not make use of the medical aid, they closed the query and I was not refunded. When my husband urgently need3d ambulance, the service was slow and *********** call center Gems send multiple sms during the period that government has decided on the NHI system, scared of loosing their members. My question is, if you pay for a service, a service must be delivered, so what are we paying for?
