GEMS poor Service

Poor Service by GEMS

I’m Vivian Sibanyoni and a member of GEMS. Im very disappointed with the treatment and a service I’m receiving form Gems. I have now exhausted all the means I had to get them to pay the Services providers but all has failed and Gems had failed me decimally. I’m not getting any help from Gems and I’m now being handed over to ICT and debt collectors because of Gems.

I have been making follow-ups from Last year April till to date and nothing has happed, they keep on making empty promises that they will pay. I have tried to make them commit to a date for payment but they refused . They have been making apyments in bits and pieces and they haven’t settled all the bills. I have formally complaint to them in writing last year December 2017 after struggling for months for payments and they decided not to respond to my complaint.

I’m now left with bills that I must pay that amounts to R+-30 000 because of Gems

I would appreciate your advice on what to do from here.
