GEMS platforms suck!

The GEMS web access is a nightmare. I have been a member of GEMS since it started. Suddenly my profile does not exist, I can't access the membership portal i.e. can't log into my profile. Records of medical claims are not updated; calling their IT support is fruitless as they don't answer their telephone; emails are not answered; the call centre cannot assist as this is an IT problem. I have reported this numerous times, but to no avail. I would actually prefer to give GEMS a -5 star!
